Flos Lonicerae Jin Yin Hua 6-20g Clears Heat and resolves Fire toxicity.
With Dang Gui, reduces obstruction and toxicity for swollen, painful sores and necrosis of surrounding tissue.
Sm. Persicae Tao Ren 4-10g Breaks up Blood Stasis, invigorates Blood circulation and drains abscesses.
Rx. Angelicae Sinensis Dang Gui 3-15g Tonifies, invigorates and harmonizes the Blood, regulates the menses, reduces swelling, expels pus, generates flesh and alleviates pain.
With Xiang Fu, tonifies the Blood and moves Qi, for premenstrual symptoms, menstrual pain and irregular menstruation.
Rz. Chuanxiong Chuan Xiong 3-10g Invigorates the Blood and promotes the movement of Qi.
With Xiang Fu, for Qi Stagnation combined with Blood Stasis.
With Dang Gui, harmonizes, nourishes and invigorates the Blood and disperses Blood Stasis.
Rz. Cyperi Xiang Fu 6-14g Spreads and regulates Liver Qi, regulates menstruation and alleviates pain.
With Dang Gui and Chuan Xiong, for irregular menstruation and dysmenorrhea due to Qi and Blood Stasis.
Rx. Ophiopogonis Mai Men Dong 6-15g Moistens the Lungs, nourishes Yin, stops coughing, nourishes Stomach Yin, generates Fluids, moistens the Intestines, clears the Heart and eliminates irritability.
Sm. Coicis Yi Yi Ren 9-30g Strengthens the Spleen, resolves Dampness, clears Heat and expels pus.
Powdered Rx. Notoginseng (swallowed separately) San Qi Fen 2-10g Stops bleeding, invigorates the Blood, transforms Blood Stasis, reduces swelling and alleviates pain.
